Homeport Living is a private home management company for international owners with a property in Lisbon. We are not a cleaning or maintenance company. We are the trusted local presence that looks after your home when you cannot be there — preventing problems, coordinating what needs to be done, and keeping you informed.
Our story
It started with a family home
This business began with a very personal experience. I'm David, and when my French grandmother bought a second home in Portugal, I saw firsthand the concerns that arise when you are not in the country permanently: looking after the property, coordinating services, dealing with the unexpected, and making sure everything is in order.
That is when I started helping her with these kinds of tasks. Over time, I realised this was a common challenge for many people who own a home in Portugal and need someone they can trust on the ground.
That is how the idea of a service that simplifies the management and day-to-day needs of people who own a home in Portugal — even when they are living abroad — came about.
Homeport Living is the result of that journey. We give international owners one discreet, reliable point of contact who visits, verifies, reports and coordinates — not to replace the specialists you trust, but to make sure the right people do the right thing, at the right time, with your approval.
