Our services
Homeport Living provides private home management services in Lisbon, Portugal: property checks, home preparation, maintenance coordination and ongoing home care. We are a coordination and presence service — we are not a cleaning, maintenance or security company, and we do not carry out repairs ourselves.
Quotes and agreements
Prices are not published on this website. Every engagement begins with a personalised quote based on your property, location and the frequency of visits. A service only starts once we have agreed the scope and price with you in writing.
Property visits
Our visits are visual verifications of the accessible areas of your property. Reports, photos and priorities reflect what is visible at the time of the visit; they are not technical surveys, inspections for insurance purposes, or guarantees about the condition of the property.
Third-party suppliers
When maintenance or repairs are needed, we coordinate trusted local suppliers on your behalf. Any work is carried out by those suppliers under their own responsibility, and costs are always approved by you before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, safe and agreed access for visits, and timely approval of quotes when work is needed.

The content on this website is for general information. While we keep it accurate and up to date, it does not replace a direct conversation about your specific property and needs.
Liability
We take great care in what we do, but we cannot be held responsible for issues that were not visible or accessible during a visit, or for events outside our reasonable control.
